Ethiopian Amber Bead Necklace

This fine necklace comprises dozens of pairs of early amber beads interspersed with spherical white metal beads.

Each amber bead has marvellous patina and wear. Each is of irregular, cylindrical shape.

The meal beads are not silver – this is correct for an Ethiopian necklace of this type – silver beads were never used.

The necklace is closed with a hook catch. It is stable and wearable. The amber has been tested as real and correct.
