Traditional Malay food in Kuantan on the East Coast of Malaysia. Dishes include river fish (patin), fern leaf salad and shredded mushrooms that grow on the trunk are rubber trees. All at Restoran Seri Hijrah, a local restaurant that promotes authentic dishes of the Malays of Pahang state - and probably one of the best restaurants in Malaysia!
